The Bluefox Cattery was established in San Diego, California USA in 1994 (We moved to Japan the following year). Since then we have continued breeding Russian Blues exclusively.
One of our best cats that has been bred at Bluefox Cattery is CH, GP Bluefox's Mimi. Her Grand Premiership title completed her father Alympian's DM (Distinguished Merit) title in 2000. We dedicate her title to her mother Ao as well as her father, Alympian. Her many show awards are a prime example of the superior genetics of her parents and the other breeders at our facility.
CH Bluefox's Crystal Cherry (below) was our 5th generation cat and could have been a grand champion if we had continued to show her. She was a very striking cat and had produced many beautiful kittens for many years. The kittens she produced had been in high demand by those wanting a pretty and gentle temperament cat.
CH Bluefox's Crystal Columbine (above) is one of her sons. His father is a famous National Winner, Zinatra.
Our cattery used to own the great, "Dimitri", who possessed the
title of the southwest's best Russian Blue cat. He had sired to many queens
for more than 15 years.
